This is an activity to celebrate International Women's Day March 8, 1986, the anniversary of the Hai Ba Trung uprising; to celebrate the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term.
The contest is implemented from March 10 to April 10, for officials, trade union members, former trade union members and workers working and participating in grassroots trade unions in agencies, units, and businesses in the city.
The entries are photos recording the beauty of officials, union members, and workers in production labor, work, trade union activities, social activities and daily life. Thereby, honoring the beauty, freshness, bravery and contributions of women in the family and society. Encouraging the image of Vietnamese ao dai, exuding the graceful, confident, creative and modern beauty of Hai Phong women.
The organizers will post the required entries on the "Hai Phong Trade Union" fanpage for units and individuals to vote for. The scoring results are based on the judges' scores (60%) and the number of interactions on the fanpage (40%).
It is expected that the City Labor Federation will summarize and award prizes for the contest at the end of April, at the launching ceremony of Workers' Month 2026.
