Phu Tho province currently has nearly 339,500 workers and civil servants under the management of the Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ).
To prevent propaganda work from being rigid and formalistic, the Provincial Labor Federation directs Trade Union levels to be flexible in content, choose the time and form of transmission suitable to the specific working characteristics of each unit and enterprise.
Many propaganda contents are "softened" by competitions, through internal newsletters, lively infographics, short videos shared on Zalo groups, and fan pages of grassroots Trade Unions.
Trade union levels focus on disseminating resolutions and directives of the Party, policies and laws of the State, and programs and socio-economic development goals of the province.
The content of propaganda also focuses on issues of concern to workers such as insurance benefits, occupational safety and health, professional skills, workplace behavior and warnings about forms of fraud and "black credit".
In addition, the Trade Union organizes dialogues and legal advice at businesses, boarding houses and integrates political and ideological education in emulation movements such as "Good labor, creative labor", "Learning and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style".
Propaganda work is promoted on digital platforms. 100% of commune and ward trade unions have Zalo accounts connected to grassroots trade unions.
Trade unions with over 100 employees all have Facebook pages. Through this, information about Trade Union activities is transmitted faster to union members.
It can be said that in the past time, Trade Union levels have continued to replicate propaganda models suitable to the reality of the grassroots level, strengthening coordination with functional agencies and the social insurance sector.
Through this, propaganda activities have gradually become closer and more practical to workers.
