On the occasion of the 95th anniversary of Vietnamese Women's Day, from October 14 to 16, 2025, the Da Nang City Labor Federation will coordinate with the Da Nang Center for Disease Control (CDC Da Nang) to organize free screening for cervical cancer and breast cancer for 180 female union members of grassroots unions in industrial parks in the city.
This is an activity within the coordination plan to implement the program "For the health of female workers" in 2025, demonstrating the deep concern of the Trade Union organization for the life, health and happiness of female workers - those who always strive to silently contribute to labor, production and family building, especially female workers in difficult circumstances.
Female union members participating in the program will receive gynecological examination, breast examination and screening for cervical cancer and breast cancer for free.
Union members can also choose other specialized medical examination services according to their personal needs. The program not only helps female union members access quality health care services and detect dangerous diseases early, but also contributes to raising awareness of self-care - an important factor for them to work with peace of mind and stay with the business for a long time.
This meaningful activity is a practical spiritual gift that the Da Nang Trade Union gave to female union members on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20), thereby affirming their role as companions with workers, not only in protecting their rights but also in caring for the health and spiritual life, especially for female workers in industrial parks.
