Mr. Tran Xuan Lam - Head of the Trade Union Committee of Department H08 said that the 2023-2025 term takes place in the context of the country continuing to comprehensively and synchronously promote innovation. The Trade Unions at all levels in Department H08 have comprehensively deployed work and methods of operation, thereby organizing many activities to practically care for the material and spiritual life of workers.

Regarding the propaganda and mobilization of the Party's guidelines and policies, in the past term, grassroots trade unions at all levels under Department H08 have actively promoted propaganda and dissemination to union members and workers to implement the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws. From 2023 to October 2025, a total of 17 propaganda and dissemination sessions were organized for over 4,085 union members and workers.

Regarding the work of caring for life, the H08 Department Trade Union has stepped up the organization of practical care activities, sharing difficulties for union members and workers.

In particular, on the occasion of the Lunar New Year every year, from 2023-2025, the Trade Union of Department H08 will organize a meeting and give Tet gifts with a total amount of over 285 million VND. Implementing the "Union adoption children" program according to the X03 Plan, from 2024-2025, the H08 Trade Union at all levels has organized the adoption of 5 union adoptees, with each child receiving a support level of 500,000 VND/month.

In the face of the damage caused by floods and storm No. 3 in 2024, the H08 Trade Union promptly organized a review, requested the higher-level trade union to consider and support 80 union member families and workers who suffered heavy damage with a total amount of over 200 million VND.

Speaking at the Congress, Lieutenant Colonel Cong Thanh Thao, Head of the People's Public Security Trade Union, acknowledged the achievements of the H08 Department's Trade Union in the 2023-2025 period, and emphasized that Department H08 needs to focus on innovating the method of activities to care for union members, encouraging the organization of many skills competitions in the coming term to promote creativity and initiatives of union members to contribute more to production.

Lieutenant Colonel Cong Thanh Thao also suggested that in the 2025-2030 period, the H08 Department Trade Union needs to innovate the form of propaganda, applying information technology so that union members can easily remember and read, and workers can update official information.

On behalf of the Party Committee Standing Committee and the leaders of Department H08, Lieutenant Colonel Le Hoai Anh - Deputy Director of Department H08 acknowledged, commended and highly appreciated the proactiveness, efforts and achievements of the Department's Trade Union Committee and its affiliated grassroots trade unions in the period of 2023-2025.

I suggest that comrades need to analyze and clarify the causes, thoroughly grasp the lessons learned, and at the same time agree on tasks and solutions to overcome them in the coming time" - Lieutenant Colonel Le Hoai Anh emphasized.

Regarding the direction and tasks of the 2025-2030 term, the Deputy Director of Department H08 basically agreed with the goals, targets and tasks stated in the draft Political Report; especially agreed that the content of the Department H08 Trade Union has identified 3 breakthroughs, 13 targets and 7 groups of tasks and solutions.
