On September 20, the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor informed that the unit had issued an inspection and supervision plan at affiliated grassroots unions in the last months of 2025.
The activity aims to determine compliance with the Charter, Resolution, and regulations of trade union organizations; at the same time, point out limitations, shortcomings, and prevent violations in trade union activities at all levels.
The inspection will be conducted to ensure democracy, objectivity, compliance with principles and procedures, contributing to building a clean and strong trade union organization.
The content focuses on 3 main groups: Leadership, direction and implementation of trade union tasks; trade union finance and compliance with the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.
From now until the end of the year, it is expected to conduct 30 inspections and supervisions at affiliated grassroots unions, including 10 inspections conducted by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation and 20 inspections conducted by the Inspection Committee.
Mr. Le Van Thanh - Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor - hopes that this activity will contribute to improving the quality of trade unions, strengthening discipline, and at the same time better caring for the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.
