“Especially, on Sundays or evening, I also enlist the housework, cultivation ... rather than closing as far as every year. I am happy that the work is stable, near my home. I am currently saving money to fix the family's degraded house ” - Ms. H’ngok added.
Similarly, Ms. H’Hoi Mlo and her husband also repatriated from Binh Duong because she did not accumulate even though both of them were workers for many years. About Dak Lak, they applied to work at Tan An Industrial Cluster, rented accommodation near the workplace and saved 3 million VND/month.
“In my hometown, my wife and I have land. As long as the couple strives and saves money, the dream of having a place to settle down is no longer too far away. We hope that in 3 years will accumulate enough money or borrow more friends to build houses on the homeland, stabilize their lives and raise their children to study ” - Ms. H’Hoi said.
Many businesses come to Dak Lak to build a factory
Tan An Industrial Cluster, in Buon Ma Thuot city, has an area of 100.75 hectares and an investment of about VND 200 billion. After only 2 years, the industrial cluster has recorded great development. In 2022, the cluster had about 3,000 employees, serving 73 businesses with 90 projects. Up to now, the number of workers has doubled, exceeding more than 6,000 people.
Representative of Hong Linh Company, the investor of the industrial cluster, said: “In the past 2 years, many foreign investors have come to build infrastructure, warehouse, and production line. This helps create more jobs, especially for ethnic minorities and repatriated labor from the southern provinces, helping them to stabilize their lives, no longer have to make a living away from their homeland. ”
In 2023, Hoa Phu Industrial Park had 44 projects operating. Enterprises in Hoa Phu Industrial Park are directly creating jobs for 2,400 employees. By the end of 2024, Hoa Phu Industrial Park increased to 59 investment registration projects, with a total registered capital of about VND 5,956 billion. In particular, there are 5 projects 100% of foreign investment (FDI), with a total registered capital of about VND 2,133 billion (equivalent to 89.6 million USD), an increase of nearly VND 500 billion compared to 2023.
“By the end of 2024, the whole industrial park was creating jobs for more than 4,600 workers, an increase of 2,200 workers compared to 2023. The income level is stable and fully paid for insurance ” - Mr. Truong Ho Anh Hoang, Deputy Head of the Management Board of Industrial Zones in Dak Lak province excitedly said.
The whole province of Dak Lak has nearly 2 million people. In particular, the working force of nearly 1.3 million people (accounting for about 58% of the population). The total number of workers working is about 1.1 million.
