Dak Lak establishes more grassroots unions with 114 union members

Dak Lak - The grassroots union of Tay Nguyen Automobile Import-Export Company Limited has just been newly established with 114 union members.

On May 19, the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor announced that the Industry and Trade Trade Union had just held a launching ceremony for the Tay Nguyen Automobile Import-Export Company Limited's Trade Union.

Tay Nguyen Automobile Import-Export Company Limited, headquartered in Tan An ward, Buon Ma Thuot city, is currently operating in the field of trading, maintenance and repair of cars and other motor vehicles, with a total of 120 employees.

At the ceremony, the Industry and Trade Trade Union admitted 114 union members to the union organization.

On this occasion, the leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor presented 10 gifts, each worth VND500,000, to union members and workers of the company. At the same time, the Provincial Federation of Labor also supported the company's grassroots trade union with 3 million VND to create initial operating funding sources.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tai - representative of union members and workers expressed his deep gratitude to the union at all levels and the company's board of directors for their timely attention, support and encouragement for the establishment of the grassroots union organization.

The establishment of a trade union organization at the unit is truly necessary and meaningful. Thereby, creating favorable conditions for employees and business owners to establish a close, harmonious and equal relationship, Mr. Tai emphasized.
