Citing reality, the delegate said that in recent days, press agencies have reported that at Ninh Hiep market (Gia Lam, Hanoi), there has been a situation of counterfeit and fake goods being sold publicly for many years. From the above reality, the delegate raised the issue of how market management operates, what is the role of state management when the whole market publicly sells counterfeit and fake goods like that.
Authorities need to strengthen inspection, localities need to strengthen their role in inspection and examination to repel counterfeit and counterfeit goods, delegate Thai Thu Xuong suggested.
