On May 16, the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation said that the unit had just issued a document requesting commune and ward trade unions to review and register typical projects to attach signs to celebrate the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, term 2026 - 2031.
The implementation aims to promptly recognize, encourage and commend the efforts and creative labor achievements of officials, union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers in the province.
Accordingly, the projects proposed for affixing signs must have great political significance and socio-economic value; be important projects of the locality, sector or country.
In addition, the investor must fully comply with regulations on construction investment management; ensure quality, construction progress, labor safety and environmental protection during project implementation.
According to regulations, the project requesting to attach a sign must complete 100% of the construction investment items in the period from January 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026.
The registration dossier needs to clearly state the project name, location, investor, construction unit, scale, implementation time as well as the meaning and socio-economic efficiency of the project after putting it into use.
Mr. Nguyen Phu Lap - Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation informed that for projects selected by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to attach signs, collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements will be proposed for consideration for awarding Certificates of Merit.
In which, the collective considered for commendation includes investors, management units, consultants, supervisors and construction units with outstanding achievements in the project implementation process; contributing to cost savings, shortening construction time but still ensuring quality and progress.
For individuals, the subjects proposed for commendation are those who directly manage and construct; trade union members, workers who have initiatives to improve techniques, apply new technologies to improve labor productivity, save investment costs and improve project quality.
