Accordingly, the Trade Union of Arcadyan Technology Company Limited organized a Union Meal with a total of 5,500 meals, each worth 60,000 VND. A large number of workers and laborers expressed their joy and excitement when having lunch with more rich and nutritious meals as well as receiving encouragement and attention from trade unions at all levels.
According to the leader of the Phu Tho Provincial Federation of Labor, the "Union Meal" is organized based on the spirit of dialogue and negotiation between the union and the employer, ensuring that the shift meals or lunch are of higher quality than usual.
The funding source for implementation is partly supported by the trade union organization, the rest is coordinated by the enterprise, depending on the actual conditions at each unit.
