For the 2020 - 2025 term, the Party Committee of the City Labor Federation (LDLD) leads the implementation of the set targets and tasks. The work of caring for union members and workers has been highly effective, spending hundreds of billions of VND each year to implement subsidy programs, giving gifts, supporting the construction of Trade Union Shelters, and providing emergency support to union members in difficulty and at risk in life. For the 2020-2025 term, trade unions at all levels introduced 17,184 outstanding union members for the Party to consider and train, of which 10,036 newly admitted party members. The work of building a clean and strong Party Committee has achieved many results. Every year, the Party Committee of the City Labor Federation Agency is recognized as a clean and strong Party Committee.
With the goal of building a clean and strong City Labor Federation Party Committee, the Congress identified a number of key target groups in the new term. In particular, strive for 100% of cadres and party members to participate in studying and thoroughly grasping the Party's directives and resolutions, the State's laws and policies, and guiding documents of the Party Committee of the City Party Agencies; strive for the entire term of admission of 5 to 7 party members; 100% of cadres and civil servants who have completed their tasks well or better. At the same time, strive for the Party Committee to achieve the title of Party Committee to excellently complete tasks; 100% of Party cells annually effectively implement the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" model in performing political tasks, maintaining agencies meeting the "Green - Clean - Beautiful" cultural standards, ensuring security and safety of agencies...
