On October 2, the Trade Union of Vard Vung Tau Company Limited (Vard Vung Tau Trade Union) said that the enterprise had organized a training program "Understanding the profession - Creating happiness" for union members and workers.
There were 52 union members and workers from many production labor departments participating in the program. Thereby, workers are provided with methods, formulas and keys to better understand their profession, quality of life, and life value, helping workers find joy every day.
According to Vard Vung Tau Trade Union, the program has been held until the 12th course. Along with other training courses to improve professional skills for workers, this training course helps workers clearly identify their goals and ways to achieve results in life; look back on their professional journey in a clearer and more oriented way.
