Ms. Huynh Thi Tuyet Vui - Chairwoman of Dong Thap Provincial Labor Federation - said that the program for the period 2026 - 2030 focuses on innovating communication methods in a modern, synchronous direction, gradually digitalizing comprehensively. The focus is on improving information quality, orienting public opinion and strengthening two-way interaction between Trade Union organizations and union members, workers, and laborers (TUs, workers, and laborers) in the digital environment.

By 2030, the province aims for 100% of trade unions at commune, ward, industrial park, economic zone and grassroots trade unions to have at least one official digital communication channel; over 90% of units apply digital technology in propaganda; at least 80% of union members, workers, and laborers access trade union information through digital platforms. At the same time, 100% of trade union officials are trained in digital communication skills, ensuring information security. A highlight of the program is building digital trade union applications, integrating utilities such as news updates, rights lookup, legal advice and receiving feedback and recommendations from union members.

To realize the goal, the Provincial Labor Federation identifies innovating communication content as a key solution, focusing on practical issues such as employment, wages, insurance, occupational safety and health. Along with that, promote the production of multimedia communication products such as videos, infographics, podcasts... in line with new information access trends. Digital communication infrastructure will also be upgraded synchronously, connecting from the provincial to grassroots levels; and at the same time build a team of specialized officials and a network of collaborators to increase information spread.
The program is expected to create a clear shift in trade union communication work, contributing to improving the effectiveness of caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members, workers, and laborers.
