Comprehensive care
Currently, the grassroots trade union of DOMESCO Medical Import-Export Joint Stock Company manages 878 union members out of a total of 915 workers, reaching a gathering rate of 98%. In 2025, the trade union synchronously implemented many activities to care for the material and spiritual lives of workers with a total budget of billions of VND.
Prominent is the organization of cultural, sports, and tourism activities for 878 union members and workers, with a budget of over 1.29 billion VND. The "Trade Union Meal" model attracted 920 workers to participate, with a budget of 158 million VND, becoming a highlight rich in humanistic meaning.
Social security work was implemented promptly and effectively, such as visiting 483 turns of union members with an amount of 222 million VND; supporting Tet gifts worth more than 2.5 billion VND; giving Mid-Autumn gifts worth more than 283 million VND.
The grassroots trade union rewarded 417 excellent students who are children of workers with nearly 189 million VND, supported tuition fees and commended 30 students who were admitted to university. Models such as "DOMESCO Shelter" and "Raising Piglets - Helping disadvantaged union members" continue to spread the spirit of mutual affection in businesses.
Propaganda innovation
Propaganda and education work has been strongly innovated with the effective application of digital platforms such as Zalo and internal Facebook. During the year, the trade union implemented 37 internal newsletters with more than 6,200 accesses.
Contents on labor law, traffic safety, and fire prevention and fighting are implemented regularly, contributing to raising awareness for union members and workers.
In performing the representative function, the trade union organizes periodic dialogues, receives and resolves more than 20 opinions from workers, reaching 100% satisfaction level. Collective labor agreements are signed with many more beneficial contents such as: supporting 5 million VND for female workers giving birth; periodic health check-ups 2 times/year; 24/24 accident insurance for 100% of workers; increasing mid-shift meals to 55,000 VND.
Grassroots trade unions pay special attention to caring for female workers through practical activities such as cooking contests, giving gifts on March 8th and October 20th, propagating reproductive health care, supporting pregnant female workers, raising young children and organizing appropriate cultural and exchange activities.
Promoting creativity
The emulation movement for creative labor is being promoted, associated with production and business tasks. In 2025, the Company recorded 20 technical innovation initiatives being applied, bringing practical efficiency in cost savings and improving productivity.
The Trade Union also actively mobilized union members to participate in digital transformation, applying modern management software such as ERP, Base, DMS-One..., contributing to improving management efficiency. Notably, a party member of the company was commended at the National Conference of 95 typical workers who are party members.
Not only taking care of internal affairs, the trade union also actively fulfills social responsibility with many meaningful activities: sponsoring 1,500 free medicines, supporting medical examination and treatment in Cambodia, contributing nearly 178 million VND to the Disaster Prevention Fund, participating in education promotion and social security programs.
Organization building work is focused on with 51 newly admitted union members; 703 union members excellently completing tasks; introducing 7 outstanding union members to the Party. At the end of 2025, the trade union was ranked as excellently completing tasks.
With outstanding, comprehensive and in-depth results, the grassroots Trade Union of DOMESCO Medical Import-Export Joint Stock Company was honored to receive the 2025 Emulation Flag of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. This is a worthy recognition for the innovative collective, dedicated to caring for workers.
