At the meeting, the delegation members listened to a report on the performance of Ninh Binh Trade Union Economic - Tourism Vocational College in 2022, 2023 and the first 6 months of 2024.
After listening to the report on the school's performance, the members of the Supervisory Delegation reviewed and evaluated the entire performance of the school.
In addition to evaluating the results achieved, members of the Supervisory Delegation also focused on clarifying the limitations, difficulties and inadequacies in the recruitment and vocational training work at the school.
Also at the meeting, many officers and teachers of the school also discussed and asked questions to the Supervisory Delegation to clarify some contents related to investment in purchasing equipment for vocational training, and policies and benefits for officers and teachers.
At the same time, propose and recommend to the Supervisory Delegation that the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor pay attention to supporting funding for purchasing practice equipment, creating favorable conditions for maintaining and developing vocational training activities of the school. Propose to consider the regulation of the payroll framework for vocational training institutions of the Trade Union organization.
In his concluding remarks at the meeting, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Ngo Duy Hieu highly appreciated the results that the Ninh Binh Trade Union Vocational College of Economics and Tourism has achieved in recent times.
Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Ngo Duy Hieu also suggested some issues for the Ninh Binh Trade Union College of Economics and Tourism to continue to develop further in the future. That is, it is necessary to change the mindset and vision in school management, to innovate, be creative, and be flexible in school management like business management. Take work efficiency as a measure and constantly innovate and be creative.
Continue to innovate school governance, research new governance models, and reduce the number of indirect workers. Schools need to orient themselves to implement roadmaps and procedures to soon complete autonomy.
Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Ngo Duy Hieu requested the school to review its activities to ensure compliance with the law and regulations of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Continue to improve the quality of teaching staff, improve training levels and learner management. In particular, the school needs to effectively utilize and promote the facilities, equipment and machinery of enterprises and related establishments to serve vocational training through cooperation with business units.
Earlier, on the same morning, the Supervisory Delegation of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor led by Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu also had a working session with Bac Ninh College of Economics and Technology.
