Take care before Tet
Before Tet, Ms. Pham Thi Hoan - an administrative staff of Faster Company (Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi) was informed from December 20th that the Tet bonus would be received on the day of Ong Cong Ong Tao. In addition, the company gave each employee 2 million VND on the first working day after Tet, supported train/bus tickets to return to the city to work and also gave money to sew uniforms for 2025 on the occasion of the New Year.
“Never before has the company offered so many policies and benefits to support its employees. Before the Lunar New Year and New Year, we were also awarded 5 million VND/person – the highest bonus in the 7 years I have worked at the company,” said Ms. Hoan.
Also receiving "special" care like Ms. Hoan's company, the company where Mr. Nguyen Ba Hung is working (headquartered in Hoang Mai district, Hanoi) also cares a lot about its staff.
“This year, in addition to giving gifts to employees, the company also has 2 gifts for the paternal/maternal family. Those who are not married will receive an additional gift for their parents. The 13th month salary is also announced and paid very early, so we are very excited,” said Mr. Hung.

Ms. Hoan revealed that in previous years, right after the Lunar New Year holiday, her company often had to post recruitment notices early because many employees quit their jobs, especially the sales staff. This year, the business situation is better, the Tet bonus is higher, the care and welfare regime has also increased dramatically, so the number of employees who quit after Tet can be counted on the fingers of one hand.

Mr. Nguyen Hoang Tung - owner of a ceramic production facility in Cao Giang village, Bat Trang commune (Gia Lam, Hanoi) revealed that losing employees to him is like losing the future.
Mr. Tung affirmed: “I appreciate miners, sales staff, accountants… They are a chain of links for the business to operate smoothly. If just one link has a problem, I can encounter difficulties in the production and business process.”
Mr. Tung said that his facility currently has nearly 70 employees, the largest of whom are the sales team. In addition to the "fixed" bonus according to general regulations, he will also give gold to the best group of employees to encourage them to work and motivate the rest. The bonus is very attractive, the person with the highest sales will receive 1 tael of gold; team leaders/regional managers will receive 3 taels of gold/person; employees with sales of over 1 billion VND will receive 2 taels of gold/person.
