Hanoi businesses are increasing recruitment for production and business at the end of the year.

According to the Hanoi Employment Service Center, the labor market at the end of 2025 is expected to continue to grow to serve the needs of customers during Christmas, New Year and Lunar New Year 2026.

The processing, manufacturing and trade - service sectors are expected to lead the Hanoi labor market with a human resource demand growth rate of about 6% ( textile, electronics) and 4 - 5% ( retailing, logistics); the construction industry is expected to increase by about 4%.

At the same time, some industries tend to reduce recruitment in the final period of the year such as real estate business activities, financial activities, banking and insurance...

To meet the needs of businesses and enhance the connection between labor supply and demand, the Hanoi Employment Service Center has identified the key task in the coming time as continuing to closely follow Plan No. 199/KH-UBND and directives of Hanoi City to support the development of the labor market.

Accordingly, the Center will promote the organization of mobile job fairs in communes and wards; bring recruitment information to the nearest people. Focus on implementing solutions to support job creation for redundant cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers after the restructuring of the administrative apparatus. At the same time, strengthen the connection of data and market forecasts to promptly provide suitable human resources to businesses in the last month of 2025.
