This is an important factor to help employees feel secure in returning to work.

The Provincial Labor Federation also organized delegations to visit, encourage and give gifts to some businesses on the first day of returning to work after the Tet holiday. At the same time, they went down to the workshops to encourage and give lucky money to workers.
