On May 11, Mr. Mai Huu Hoi - Chairman of D&T Group Trade Union (located in Dak Loc Industrial Cluster, Bac Nha Trang ward, Khanh Hoa province) said that the 2026 Employee Conference was just organized by the enterprise with many contents approved.
Nearly 150 union members and workers representing more than 300 workers from 5 member units of D&T Group participated.
At the conference, the General Director's Board and the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union (CĐCS) had a direct dialogue with workers on production and business orientation, salary regimes and solutions to improve the working environment in the coming time.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Quang Duy - General Director of D&T Group shared the results of production and business activities in 2025 and strategic orientations for the following years.
In the context that businesses are facing many pressures on the market, human resources and labor productivity, D&T Group chooses a direction focused on people, innovation and improving welfare policies to create motivation for sustainable development.
In 2026, the enterprise will continue to stabilize large customers, expand new markets, and focus on developing value-added product lines to improve income for employees.
One of the contents that attracted much attention at the conference was the implementation of the 3P salary scale (a salary payment model based on three core factors: Job position - personal capacity - work results), associated with the P2 role capacity assessment criterion - work completion capacity.
Business representatives said that this is a solution to transparentize the salary and bonus mechanism, create healthy competitive motivation and properly recognize the capacity of workers.

The conference approved the list of the Innovation Council along with regulations and criteria for evaluating and recognizing innovative initiatives throughout the system. In addition, D&T Group also set a target of 100% of departments and divisions registering innovation initiatives in 2026 and practically applying them to work.
Many specific goals have also been agreed upon and implemented by businesses and trade unions such as: Preventing serious labor accidents, strengthening corporate culture, improving the quality of welfare, and organizing cultural and sports activities.
The grassroots trade union also committed to innovating operating methods, towards personalizing benefits, not only taking care of general matters but also studying more deeply the needs of each group of female workers, young workers and senior workers, in order to increase long-term connection between workers and businesses.
