New workers receive 2 million VND immediately

Regarding benefits, workers will be supported with fuel costs, having a bus to pick them up in Dinh Quan area, daily allowances, child support, housing support, holiday allowances, productivity bonuses, lunch at the company, 13th month salary, salary increase according to work efficiency...
In order to encourage employees to participate in promotion and introduction of employees to work at the company, the Board of Directors approved the employee introduction bonus policy to be applied until the end of September 2025 to all employees of the company (except for management staff, statistics staff and recruitment department). The introduction bonus for recruitment positions for sewing machine operators is 500,000 VND/project (for skilled workers) and 300,000 VND/project (for unskilled workers).
The company's Board of Directors also approved a recruitment bonus policy for new employees and employees to encourage labor recruitment for the last 4 months of 2025, applicable from September 2025 to December 2025. New recruited people include: Sewing workers, Receiving workers, Submitters, Inspection) after successful recruitment will receive a total of 2 million VND/person divided into 4 times (500,000 VND/time), after each 3 months of work.

According to Dong Nai Employment Service Center (under the Provincial Department of Home Affairs): Enterprises that need to recruit a large number of unskilled workers in the area, mainly in the fields of textiles, footwear, and electronics such as: Topband Smart Dong Nai Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) needs to recruit 1,110 workers; Tan Vinh Cuu Joint Stock Company (Long Binh Ward) recruits 700 workers; Olam Vietnam Co., Ltd. Branch in Tien Nga (Phuoc Tan Ward) recruits more than 200 workers.
It is still difficult to recruit unskilled workers
Dong Nai Employment Service Center has also just organized the 11th job fair in 2025 with the participation of 18 units registering for recruitment and training, with a total recruitment demand at the fair of 2,651 workers, including 2,445 unskilled workers (accounting for more than 92%).
According to the representative of the Dong Nai Employment Service Center, although the demand for labor selection at the job exchange is mostly unskilled workers (92.23%) mainly in the garment, footwear, and electronics industries, the number of unskilled workers and skilled workers participating in finding jobs at the exchange is very limited or does not meet the recruitment criteria of businesses, mainly workers who still come to apply for unemployment benefits but do not match some criteria of businesses, especially the age. Therefore, unskilled workers participating in the fair meet very little compared to the recruitment needs of enterprises (the number of unskilled workers only reaches 9.65%).
"The current common situation is the lack of connection and common points between the capacity, experience, and desires of workers and the recruitment and welfare requirements of businesses, the situation of workers still unemployed while having many vacant positions due to not being suitable in age and skills" - a representative of Dong Nai Employment Service Center shared.
