The working delegation of the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) led by Mr. Thach Van Chung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front, Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor, visited, worked and discussed the situation of grassroots trade union activities at Goertek Vietnam Company.
Also attending the meeting were the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor and the Industrial Parks Trade Union Committee. On the side of Goertek Vietnam Company, there were Mr. George - General Director; Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union and the Executive Committee of the company's Trade Union.
With a scale of 62,000 workers, Goertek Vietnam is one of the enterprises with the largest number of employees in Bac Ninh province. The working session was an opportunity for the leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor to grasp the situation of trade union activities, life, work and the thoughts and aspirations of workers.
Mr. Pham Van Trung, Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union, reported briefly on the results of activities in the past time. The grassroots trade union has closely coordinated with the company's Board of Directors to take care of the lives and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers. Many welfare programs, cultural and sports activities are organized regularly, creating a healthy playground and connecting workers.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Thach Van Chung acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Goertek Vietnam Company. He emphasized the important role of trade unions in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers. At the same time, he also suggested that the Executive Committee of the Trade Union continue to promote the achieved results, proactively grasp the situation, promptly propose and resolve difficulties and problems, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
On this occasion, on behalf of the working group, Mr. Thach Van Chung presented 10 gifts, each worth 1,000,000 VND in cash, to union members and workers in difficult circumstances. This is a timely source of encouragement, demonstrating the deep concern of the trade union organization for union members and workers.
The meeting took place in an open and sincere atmosphere, demonstrating the concern of leaders at all levels of the Provincial Federation of Labor for trade union activities in enterprises, contributing to building a strong and sustainable trade union organization.
