According to a survey of nearly 300 private enterprises in Yen Bai province, the highest expected Lunar New Year bonus is 60 million VND; the lowest is 300 thousand VND.

On January 10, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Yen Bai province informed about the labor situation, wages, and Lunar New Year bonus plans for 2025 of enterprises in the area.

Accordingly, for state-owned enterprises and single-member LLCs with 100% state capital (including central state-owned enterprises located in localities), the highest salary is 40.6 million VND; the average salary is 7.6 million VND; the lowest salary is 3.5 million VND. The Lunar New Year bonus is expected to be the highest at 5 million VND; the average at 1.8 million VND; the lowest at 0.5 million VND.

For joint stock enterprises with State capital contribution, the highest salary is 36 million VND; the average salary is 7.8 million VND; the lowest salary is 3.7 million VND. The Lunar New Year bonus is expected to be the highest at 12.5 million VND; the average at 2.8 million VND; the lowest at 500 thousand VND.

Meanwhile, according to the report of 285 private enterprises (private companies), the highest salary is 60 million VND; the average salary is 7.3 million VND; the lowest salary is 3.5 million VND. The Lunar New Year bonus is expected to be the highest at 60 million VND; the average at 4.9 million VND; the lowest at 300 thousand VND.

For FDI enterprises, the highest salary is 60 million VND; the average salary is 7.9 million VND; the lowest salary is 3.9 million VND. The Lunar New Year bonus is expected to be the highest at 35 million VND; the average at 5.2 million VND; the lowest at 500 thousand VND.
