On November 15, the People's Committee of Thanh Phu commune, Vinh Cuu district, announced that it had just closed the 2024 Thanh Phu commune men's football tournament with the participation of 10 teams of athletes who are workers from local businesses.
According to the representative of the Organizing Committee, this is the third time the tournament has been held, for participants who are workers far from home working and living in Thanh Phu commune, Vinh Cuu district.
The tournament is supported by the Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Company Limited and local businesses in Thanh Phu commune, Vinh Cuu district.
Ms. Le Thi Thu Trang - Vice Chairman of Thanh Phu Commune People's Committee, Vinh Cuu District said that with the characteristics of a commune with many companies, factories and a large number of workers living and renting accommodation, the football tournament is an activity to create a joyful and healthy atmosphere to serve the spiritual life of workers as well as people living in Thanh Phu Commune, Vinh Cuu District.
As a result, Nos H football team - Chang Shin Vietnam Company Limited won the championship.
Chang Shin Vietnam Company Limited is a shoe manufacturing company for Nike, with more than 42,000 workers working in Dong Nai.
