In the final match, in the penalty shootout, goalkeeper Minh Duc excellently blocked 2 shots from the opposing team, helping Quang Ninh Trade Union beat Sacombank Binh Duong 4-3, thereby winning the 2024 Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Championship.
