At the Congress, representatives of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor announced the Decision of the Provincial Federation of Labor on the appointment of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee and the positions of Chairman and Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Vinh Tru Commune Trade Union for the 2025 - 2030 term.
