On October 27, the Tan An Ward Trade Union (Dak Lak Province) announced that the unit had successfully and successfully organized the 1st Ward Trade Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

Currently, Tan An Ward Trade Union is managing 87 grassroots trade unions with more than 17,000 union members and workers.
During the past term, the Tan An Ward Union has proactively implemented many programs to care for union members and workers. At the same time, closely coordinate with employers in implementing regimes and policies according to regulations.
Activities to care for the material and spiritual lives of union members have been implemented practically and effectively.
Notably, the "Union Meal" program with 1,303 union members participating with a support level of 50,000 VND/meal, a total cost of more than 65 million VND.
Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Huyen - Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor - Head of the Trade Union Work Committee praised the achieved results and suggested that the ward union continue to promote its role as a representative, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers in the coming term.
Ms. Huyen emphasized that trade unions at all levels need to grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members.
In particular, the focus is on innovating the content and form of activities, strengthening the development of union members and establishing grassroots unions, especially in non-state enterprises.
Trade unions at all levels build a strong team of union officials with sufficient capacity and responsibility.

At the congress, the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor announced the decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee and key positions of the Ward Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term.
Accordingly, Mr. Duong Dinh Cuong - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan An Ward - was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Ward Trade Union for the new term.

On this occasion, the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor also presented funding to support the construction of a "Union Shelter" for two union members in difficult circumstances in the area.
