On July 31, the grassroots trade union coordinated with the Board of Directors of TAAD Ha Tinh Investment and Trading Production Joint Stock Company to organize a dialogue with employees at the workplace.
At the conference, union members and workers exchanged contents related to working hours, rest, overtime pay, income, meals, improvement of the working environment, and ensuring occupational safety and hygiene.
Workers also proposed to strengthen activities to care for life and support female workers, especially female workers with young children.
The opinions were received, exchanged, and clarified by the Board of Directors of the Company and the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union in a constructive spirit, in accordance with the production and business situation of the enterprise.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Tang Thi Linh Chi - Vice President of the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation - requested the grassroots trade union to promote its representative role, regularly grasp the situation of union members and workers; proactively coordinate with businesses to well implement regimes and policies, especially those related to female workers, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
On this occasion, the grassroots Trade Union coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to organize "Trade Union Meal" in 2026, creating a close and cohesive atmosphere between union members and workers with the Trade Union organization and the enterprise.
