On November 16, Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor announced that the Trade Union of Sangwoo Vietnam Co., Ltd. held its 2nd Congress for the 2025-2030 term. The Congress evaluated the results of activities in the past term and set out directions and tasks for the coming period.
During the 2020 - 2025 term, the grassroots Trade Union has closely followed the direction of the higher-level Trade Union and closely coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors in caring for the legitimate and legal rights and interests of employees.
The Trade Union has proactively participated in developing and supervising the implementation of regimes and policies on wages, social insurance, and occupational safety and hygiene; organizing periodic dialogues, contributing to creating consensus in enterprises. Many welfare activities such as visiting sick people, supporting union members in difficulty, and organizing cultural and sports movements are maintained regularly.
At the Congress, delegates elected the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term. Comrade Nguyen Dang Manh was re-elected as Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union. The Executive Committee of the new term is committed to continuing to innovate operating methods, improve the effectiveness of caring for union members and build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
