Creating a useful playground during the summer for children of union members and workers
Understanding the difficulties of union members and workers every new school year, the trade unions at all levels of Hung Yen province always have many activities such as giving gifts to encourage and motivate children of workers with good academic achievements and visiting and encouraging children of workers who have overcome difficulties to strive to study.
One of them, we must mention the program "Tan De with children to welcome summer 2025" with the participation of nearly 15,000 children of the company's employees, with a total estimated cost of nearly 6 billion VND. The program is held at factories where parents work, children can participate in useful playgrounds, visit their parents' workplaces.
Participating with her child in the program "Tan De and Children chao he nam 2025" at Tan De 1 factory (Nguyen Duc Canh Industrial Park, Tran Hung Dao ward, Hung Yen province), Ms. Thu Huong shared: "Not only taking care of workers, the company and the grassroots union regularly have practical care activities for children. Through play activities, children gain more knowledge to protect themselves, have more experiences and discoveries. On this occasion, my daughter also visited the mother's work area, helping her understand more about her mother's work".
Also an activity for children of union members and workers during the summer, Tan De Company organized 2,000 children to represent and participate in the program " children of Tan De report to Uncle Ho". Every time preparing for the beginning of the new school year, Tan De Company has a program to take children to school with an amount of 6 million VND/person, expected to spend 79 billion VND in 2025.
Entering the new school year with children
At Yazaki Hai Phong Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Thai Binh (address: Thai Binh ward, Hung Yen province), before the new school year, the company coordinated with the grassroots union to organize awards and rewards for students who are children of workers and laborers who have achieved excellent students at the district and provincial levels in the past school year.
Mr. Doan Van Nam - Chairman of the Trade Union of Yazaki Hai Phong Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Thai Binh - said that this activity is organized annually by the company, thereby honoring outstanding learning examples, encouraging children to continue to strive to achieve good learning results in the coming time. This is also an opportunity for the company and the grassroots union to recognize and express gratitude for the silent efforts and thoughtful care of parents.
Bao Hung Joint Stock Company (Hung Yen province) also organized the " Godmother" program and a ceremony to honor excellent students, spreading the spirit of sharing with workers' children.
The "Sparming Mothers" program, maintained by the company since 2022, has sponsored 11 children of officers and employees in especially difficult circumstances. Each child is supported with 6 million VND/year. This is not only material support but also a sharing of love and encouragement so that they have more determination to rise up in studying and life.
At the same time, Bao Hung Joint Stock Company organized a ceremony to honor outstanding and outstanding students. 17 students with outstanding achievements in the exams were rewarded with a total amount of 12 million VND; 250 excellent and excellent students in the past school year were rewarded with a total cost of 55 million VND.
