According to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, these 2 worker apartment blocks are located in a prime location right in Trang Bom town, Dong Nai province and near Bau Xeo Industrial Park with many businesses having a large number of workers. Around this apartment building, there are also many amenities serving residents such as green parks, kindergartens, polyclinics, cultural houses, commercial service stores...
The investor representative, Thong Nhat Joint Stock Company, said that the social housing apartment building is built for home buyers who are workers at enterprises, cooperatives, and cooperative unions in industrial parks in Dong Nai province.
According to the investor, the usable area of each apartment ranges from 31.1m2 - 84.3m2. The average price of each apartment on the first floor (ground floor) of CC5 (with elevator) is over 12.6 million VND/m2 and on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors is over 9.5 million VND/m2 (ie about 300 million VND to over 880 million VND/apartment).
As for apartment block CC6, because it does not have an elevator, it is cheaper than apartment block CC5.

Social housing in Dong Nai is still limited.

According to statistics, Dong Nai province has about 20,000 boarding houses with more than 150,000 rooms, providing accommodation for 450,000 workers. In the 2021-2025 period, Dong Nai province set a target of building 10,000 houses, but so far only 1,660 houses have been completed. According to the People's Committee of Dong Nai province, the reason is that the work of preparing investment policy documents of some localities has not met the target; the work of selecting investors is slow (9 projects have been approved for investment policy but only 2 projects have selected investors). In addition, many investors prioritize investment in commercial housing, slow investment in technical infrastructure of 20% of land fund to invest in social housing or hand over to the State. To achieve the resolution's target, from now until 2025, Dong Nai will have to start construction and build at least 7,242 more social housing units. Dong Nai is building 1,000 more social housing units in Long Binh Tan ward, Bien Hoa city (construction started in 2024 and will continue in 2025).
