On November 17, Mr. Trinh Tuan Son - Chairman of EVNNPT Trade Union said that all 9/9 grassroots trade unions under EVNNPT Trade Union, including Power Transmission Companies, Project Management Board and Corporation Agency, have completed the new term Congress.
The congresses were held seriously, democratically, in accordance with the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union; the content was to ensure full parts: Summary of the 2022-2025 term; discussing directions, goals, and solutions; giving comments on draft documents at the Corporation and unit levels; electing the Executive Committee, Inspection Committee and delegates to attend the EVNNPT Trade Union Congress...
Propaganda work has been implemented synchronously and consistently from EVNNPT Trade Union to trade union groups. Units actively communicate activities to welcome the congress on websites, social networks, internal newsletters; at the same time, organize emulation movements, attach construction signs, and vibrant cultural and sports activities.
Many grassroots trade unions have made their mark through creative propaganda such as video clips, ebook, podcast, contests, "Cultural Festival" ... arousing pride in the electricity transmission profession, strengthening trust in the trade union organization and encouraging the sense of responsibility and creativity among employees.
Personnel work and election of delegates are carried out closely, democratically, and in accordance with the procedures according to Official Dispatch 606/CDEVNNPT and the instructions of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union.
The success of 9/9 grassroots trade union congresses demonstrates the close and flexible direction of EVNNPT Trade Union, while affirming the spirit of solidarity, enthusiasm and responsibility of trade union cadres at all levels. The congresses are not only a period of extensive political activity but also an opportunity to arouse pride in EVNNPT, spreading the aspiration for innovation and development in each union member.
Currently, EVNNPT Trade Union is actively preparing for the 5th EVNNPT Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030, held on November 30 (pre-appointment session) and December 1, 2025 (official session). This is an important political event, marking a new development stage for EVNNPT Trade Union.
