On the afternoon of May 31, Formosa Ha Tinh Industrial Steel Corporation held a ceremony to honor outstanding employees and thank employees with many years of service. This is an annual activity to encourage the spirit and at the same time recognize the contribution of the workforce in the process of building and developing the company.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Ngu Tuan Phat - Deputy General Director of the company - affirmed: "Today's success is thanks to the persistent dedication of the workers. We always consider employees as the most valuable asset and will continue to strive to build a humane, stable and sustainable working environment.
At the ceremony, 36 employees were honored as "Excellent Employees", each receiving a certificate of merit, a souvenir trophy and a bonus worth 2 million VND.
Notably, the company has awarded gold to 651 employees according to the following time frames: 295 employees with 5 years of seniority, each person received 1.2 gold bars, 325 people with 10 years of service, 2 gold bars/person, 4 people with 15 years of service, each person was awarded 3 gold bars.
