In the first 6 months of 2025, trade unions at all levels in Thanh Hoa province have continuously innovated and diversified propaganda activities to raise awareness among union members and workers.
The focus of this year's propaganda is the contents related to the theme "Year of Union Member Development", major activities such as "Tet Sum Vay", "Worker's Month", " Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene". Many advanced models and typical examples in the emulation movement for good and creative workers have also been widely spread.
As a result, 400.750 union members and workers have had access to the content of propaganda, dissemination, study and dissemination of the Party's guidelines and resolutions and the State's laws and policies.
At the same time, the work of training and fostering to improve qualifications and professional skills for workers at enterprises is also focused on. 294,015 workers participated in training and skills training classes.
