On the afternoon of April 11, the renovation project "Hoa Xa 110 kV Transformer Station" was given a emulation sign by the Trade Union of Ho Chi Minh City Power Corporation (EVNHCMC) at the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation level to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).
Mr. Le Van Minh - Chairman of EVNHCMC Trade Union - said that the project "Renovation of Hoa Xa 110 kV Transformer Station" is implemented by EVNHCMC according to the Ho Chi Minh City Power Development Plan with a total investment of nearly 250 billion VND to ensure improved power supply reliability for important loads in Phu Nhuan District, Binh Thanh District and part of Tan Son Nhat Airport's T3 Station.

The project also contributes to ensuring the safe operation of the station according to the criteria of no one on duty as well as gradually modernizing the power grid, changing technology from outdoor outage stations to outage stations using GIS isolation technology, gradually modernizing to be on par with countries in the region.
During the project implementation, employees in the Ho Chi Minh City electricity industry have promoted initiatives, improved techniques, rationalized production, optimized material and raw material costs, and ensured construction progress.
On this occasion, the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation awarded Certificates of Merit to 6 collectives and 10 individuals with many achievements in project implementation.
