The Ministry of Public Security has just issued Circular No. 22/2025/TT-BCA effective from May 10, 2025, amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 142/2020/TT-BCA dated December 28, 2020.

The dossier of request for reissuance or reissuance of rewards at the Ministry level must be sent to the Department of Political Affairs once before June 1st of each year and the results must be paid before August 19th of each year.
