On March 28, Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company (Casumina) held a conference to summarize the 5-year patriotic emulation movement (2020 - 2025).
Mr. Nguyen Van Hien - Chairman of Casumina Trade Union - said that over the past 5 years, comprehensive emulation has been one of the company's key movements that has been implemented continuously.
The emulation movements have brought practical results in saving raw material norms, saving energy, saving costs in repairs, and improving efficiency in production and business of the company.
Over the past 5 years, the company's employees have had 194 initiatives recognized by the company, benefiting the enterprise 331 billion VND.
The company's employees also have more than 8,710 potential solutions focusing on improving working conditions and improving machinery, equipment, technology and material saving, contributing to increasing the company's production and business efficiency.
Through emulation movements, 31 employees of the company have been awarded the Creative Labor Certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, hundreds of employees of the company have received Certificates of Merit from the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises and Certificates of Merit from the Vietnam Chemical Group.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khoat - General Director of Casumina - said that in the period of 2025 - 2030, the company will continue to innovate and improve the quality of emulation and reward work on the basis of ensuring correct principles, public and democratic evaluation, rewarding the right people, meeting standards and ensuring timely encouragement and motivation. Focus on building, nurturing and replicating new models, typical advanced examples in all fields and subjects, focusing on workers directly involved in production.
At the same time, propagate to staff and workers to respond to the emulation movement in production labor and perform tasks at each job position, save technical and economic norms, reduce product costs, and improve the competitiveness of each unit in the market.
Reviewing annual emulation titles in accordance with standards, processes, and regulations. Implement publicity in rewards, ensuring that the collectives and individuals proposed for rewards must be truly excellent.
On this occasion, Casumina honored 80 employees with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement to carry out the company's production and business tasks.
