Gia Lai updates labor data to connect jobs effectively

Gia Lai updates information on workers associated with the national database, thereby grasping job needs, recruitment and supporting the connection of labor supply and demand.

On September 10, the People's Committee of Gia Lai province announced that it has a plan to update information on employees associated with the national database (CSDLQG) on population, and analyze and forecast the labor market in 2025.

This is to supplement and edit employee data to link with the National Population Database and related databases; grasp recruitment and job search needs, thereby organizing job fairs, supporting the connection of labor supply and demand in the method of "finding people - finding jobs".

Within 30 days ( Starting from October 1), the People's Committees of communes and wards must collect and update information on employees residing in the area, including qualifications, skills, job status, labor relations, social insurance participation and other necessary data. Then, send it to the police of communes and wards to update data into the population database system, the completion date is before November 30.

The subjects of the collection are employees aged 15 and over, with working capacity, and a need to work but have not been counted in 2023 - 2024, or have data but have changed.

At the same time, the Department of Home Affairs coordinates with departments and branches to collect information from employers in the area, including business registration name and code, type, address, production and business line, labor scale, salary, labor fluctuations, recruitment and vocational training needs... On that basis, build a report on analysis and forecasting the labor market in the province.

Localities must regularly review the demand for job search and vocational training of workers and the recruitment demand of enterprises. The Provincial Employment Service Center must coordinate with localities to organize job fairs to connect supply and demand; analyze and forecast the labor market.
