On October 10, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy - Permanent Vice President of the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor (GFF) - said that after merging the district-level Trade Union organization, the Provincial Federation of Labor has implemented the handover of 2 houses and land that are no longer in need of use, which are the working headquarters of the old Phu My and old Phu Cat District Labor Federations, to the locality for management and handling.
According to Ms. Thuy, the Provincial People's Committee has assigned the People's Committees of Phu My and Phu Cat communes to receive these two headquarters. Currently, the finance department of the Provincial Federation of Labor is coordinating with local authorities to complete the procedures, and is expected to complete the handover in October.

Ms. Thuy said that after removing the district union level, the Provincial Federation of Labor has compiled the needs for using real estate facilities and reported to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to request the retention of necessary facilities. Of these, only 2 headquarters in Phu My and Phu Cat districts are no longer in need, so they have been handed over to the locality.
After receiving the property, the People's Committee of Gia Lai province assigned the People's Committees of Phu My commune and Phu Cat commune to be responsible for managing, preserving and protecting the property while waiting for handling according to regulations. At the same time, review and report to the Provincial People's Committee on the handling plan for these two houses and land, ensuring compliance with legal regulations on management and use of public assets.
