Hopefully in the coming time, the Party will continue to pay more attention to the role of the working class and trade unions in the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country. It is recommended to consider continuing to emphasize new and creative models and methods of doing things that have great influence; at the same time, adding some specific examples of the contributions of the Front and organizations in solving urgent problems of people, especially in remote, isolated, border, island areas, workers and laborers in industrial parks and export processing zones.
Regarding Party building work, opinions highly appreciated the synchronous implementation in all aspects of politics, ideology, ethics, organization, cadres, inspection, supervision, and mass mobilization; leadership methods have been innovated in a clear direction of goals and practices. It is recommended to consider and clarify the difficulties and problems in the process of converting the model from the Party Delegation to the Party Committee, stating more subjective causes and overcoming experiences to draw lessons for the coming period.
