On January 15, the Hanoi Employment Service Center said that in December 2025, labor market policies will continue to be effectively implemented, contributing to supporting businesses and workers in the process of finding jobs.
Hanoi Employment Service Center has provided job counseling, vocational training, unemployment insurance and labor law policies to 39,098 turns of workers, 1,655 turns of businesses; introduced jobs to 5,830 turns of people. In addition, the center organized 2 job transaction sessions with 750 turns of units participating in recruitment, a total of 10,627 recruitment and enrollment targets; 5,233 turns of workers were interviewed at transaction sessions, 1,773 workers were received and recruited at the session.
Regarding support and settlement of unemployment insurance (UI) policies in December 2025, the center received 4,428 applications for UI benefits (down 1,302 cases compared to the previous month). Appraised and issued decisions to enjoy unemployment benefits for 5,066 cases (down 594 applications compared to the previous month) with a support amount of 196.6 billion VND.
