Speaking at the Phu Thuong ward job fair on November 22, Mr. Nguyen Tay Nam - Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Home Affairs said that thanks to the coordination of all levels, sectors, and localities, as of November 15, the whole city of Hanoi has created jobs for 207,493 workers, exceeding the set target by 22.77%, an increase of 0.55% over the same period in 2024.

In October 2025 alone, the recruitment demand across Hanoi City will reach 50,000 locations. This figure reflects the human resource needs of businesses to maintain operations and prepare for the production and business plan for the last quarter of the year, in the context of key sectors such as trade - services, tourism and investment still maintaining growth momentum.

The October labor market in Hanoi showed a clear priority trend for workers who have received vocational training with the demand for college degrees and technical workers not increasing.

In order to increase the ratio of labor supply and demand in the city in the coming time, the Hanoi Department of Home Affairs plans to open the Hanoi City job portal on November 26, 2025.

According to the Hanoi Department of Home Affairs, Hanoi City Employment Portal at congvieclam.hanoi.gov.vn, the digital platform applies AI to proactively improve the efficiency of connecting labor supply and demand. The Hanoi City Employment Portal is an effective, smart and quick connection facility between workers and businesses and employers on digital platforms. At the same time, it creates an online trading environment for workers and businesses, applying artificial intelligence (AI) in collecting, processing and analyzing labor market information. The system supports job consultation, introduction, labor supply, forecasting human resource trends, contributing to improving the operational efficiency of job exchanges...

According to Mr. Vu Quang Thanh - Deputy Director of the Hanoi Employment Service Center, according to the Center's survey, the year-end recruitment demand is quite diverse, in many fields and industries, it will suit the job search needs of target groups. Thanks to that, efforts to connect labor supply and demand and create jobs in the capital will have many improvements, especially in the last months of the year.
