Good environment for starting a business
8 years ago, from Ha Giang, Mr. Truong Minh Duong (Quan Ba district) and his wife went to Hai Duong to find a job. Listening to the introductions of friends and search information on the internet, Mr. Duong and his wife hope Hai Duong will be a good environment for the couple to start a business. After that, Mr. Duong and his wife submitted their application to Tinh Loi Garment Company Limited and have been with the company since the early days.
Hai Duong is a locality with many companies, high demand for workers, along with attractive treatment, the company cares about the lives of workers. Therefore, my wife and I have chosen Hai Duong as our place of residence and work. Later, when life became more prosperous, we would borrow more and build a small house and stay here for a long time, said Mr. Duong.
Similar to Mr. Truong Minh Duong and his wife, Ms. Lo Thi Mai and her husband (Son La province) traveled hundreds of kilometers to Hai Duong to find a job. The child sent Mai and her husband to Hai Duong to work as workers for a company located in Kim Thanh district for 3 years. Not only Ms. Mai and her husband but also many friends, relatives and relatives of her have come to Hai Duong to work.
Ms. Mai said that at first, only one of her relatives worked in Hai Duong. Realizing good treatment, a favorable working environment and low living costs, this person introduced it to others. Just like that, many villagers came to Hai Duong to find a job.
"We have 2 young children, grandparents take care of us. We will take them down when they are grown up and have a stable economy. With our worker salary and reasonable spending, we also save a sum of money each month. In general, companies in Hai Duong pay workers at a good salary level. Therefore, many workers from other provinces like us want to come here to find jobs" - Ms. Lo Thi Mai said.
Implementing salary and bonus policies well
The Hai Duong Provincial Statistics Office informed that the labor use situation in industrial enterprises as of January 31 is estimated to increase by 1.9% over the same period last year. Some of the industries that have increased are the production and processing of food, textiles, leather and related products, paper and paper products, electrical equipment manufacturing, etc.
To attract workers to Hai Duong to work, in recent times, Hai Duong enterprises have continuously made efforts to improve salary and benefit policies. During the Lunar New Year, businesses in the province will pay full salaries and bonuses to workers.
According to the Hai Duong Provincial Federation of Labor, the number of workers returning to work after the Lunar New Year holiday is high because the Trade Union and enterprises at all levels have well implemented salary, bonus policies, welfare regimes and diverse forms of care for workers' lives. The working style and sense of discipline of workers are increasingly improved, helping businesses and units soon stabilize production and business.
Previously, the Provincial People's Committee issued a Project "Developing human resources to meet production and business requirements, contributing to building Hai Duong into a modern industrial province by 2030". Notably, the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council is developing a policy to support workers through training with a total budget of nearly 122 billion VND. This policy is expected to contribute to attracting workers to Hai Duong to work.
