The Hai Duong Provincial Trade Union's Workers' Consulting and Support Center has the function of providing legal advice and legal support to union members and workers. Consulting, supporting the development of labor relations, supporting grassroots trade unions in implementing democracy at the grassroots level, negotiating, signing, and implementing collective labor agreements at enterprises.
Support and care for union members and workers, implement welfare and social security programs for union members and workers. Organize propaganda and disseminate the Party's guidelines and resolutions, the State's policies and laws. Support workers to join, establish grassroots trade unions and participate in trade union activities; Support the development of party members, establish Party facilities in enterprises.
At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor appointed Mr. Nguyen Khanh Toan - Director of the Provincial Labor Culture House - to hold the position of Director of the Hai Duong Provincial Labor Union Labor Consulting and Support Center. Ms. Do Thi Ngoc Loan - Deputy Director of the Legal Consulting Center - holds the position of Deputy Director of the Hai Duong Provincial Trade Union Labor Consulting and Support Center.
Mr. Nguyen Van Quyet - Permanent Vice President of the Hai Duong Provincial Federation of Labor - said that this is a new model, so the Board of Directors of the Trade Union Workers' Advice and Support Center needs to promote the highest sense of responsibility, proactiveness and creativity in implementing the activities under the functions and tasks of the Center.
