Circular No. 66/2024/TT-BGTVT of the Ministry of Transport (effective from March 1, 2025) stipulates codes and standards for professional titles of civil servants specializing in bus station management; transit transport management; vehicle load inspection; management and maintenance of traffic works; operation and exploitation of public transport; consideration of promotion of civil servants specializing in management and maintenance of traffic works and operation and exploitation of public transport.
Article 2 stipulates the professional title codes for specialized civil servants as follows:
1. Professional title of bus station management officer:
a) Management of class III bus stations Code: V.12.24.03
b) Management of class IV bus stations Code: V.12.24.04
2. Professional title of officer specializing in transit transport management:
a) Transit transport management class III Code: V.12.25.03
b) Transit transport management class IV Code: V.12.25.04
3. Professional title of officer specializing in vehicle load inspection:
a) Checking vehicle load class III Code: V.12.26.03
b) Checking vehicle load class IV Code: V.12.26.04
4. Professional title of civil servant specializing in traffic works management and maintenance:
a) Management and maintenance of class I traffic works Code: V.12.61.01
b) Management and maintenance of class II traffic works Code: V.12.61.02
c) Management and maintenance of traffic works class III Code: V.12.61.03
d) Management and maintenance of grade IV traffic works Code: V.12.61.04
5. Professional title of civil servant specializing in public transport operation and exploitation:
a) Operation and exploitation of public transport class I Code: V.12.62.01
b) Operation and exploitation of public transport class II Code: V.12.62.02
c) Operation and exploitation of public transport class III Code: V.12.62.03
d) Operation and exploitation of public transport class IV Code: V.12.62.04.
Circular No. 02/2025/TT-BYT of the Ministry of Health (effective from March 1, 2025) stipulates codes and standards for professional titles of nurses, midwives, and medical technicians.
Article 2 of the Circular stipulates the occupational title codes for nursing, midwifery, and medical engineering as follows:
1. Nursing titles, including:
a) Grade I Nursing, code: V.08.05.31;
b) Nursing grade II, code: V.08.05.11;
c) Grade III Nursing, code: V.08.05.12;
d) Grade IV Nursing, code: V.08.05.13.
2. Midwifery titles, including:
a) Midwifery class II, code: V.08.06.14;
b) Midwifery grade III, code: V.08.06.15;
c) Grade IV midwife, code: V.08.06.16.
3. Medical technical titles, including:
a) Grade I medical technician, code: V.08.07.32;
b) Medical technician class II, code: V.08.07.17;
c) Medical technician grade III, code: V.08.07.18;
d) Medical technician grade IV, code: V.08.07.19.
