Circular 11/2024/TT-BXD stipulates codes, standards for professional titles; standards and conditions for promotion to grade II and grade I for professional titles of civil servants specializing in Construction, including: architects and appraisers.
This Circular applies to civil servants specializing in Construction in public service units participating in construction activities. This Circular takes effect from February 5, 2025.
According to Article 2 of the Circular, the codes and professional titles of civil servants specializing in Construction are specified as follows:
1. Group of professional titles of architects, including:
a) Grade I Architect Code: V.04.01.01
b) Grade II Architect Code: V.04.01.02
c) Grade III Architect Code: V.04.01.03
2. Group of professional titles of accountants, including:
a) Grade I Accountant Code: V.04.02.04
b) Grade II Accountant Code: V.04.02.05
c) Grade III Accountant Code: V.04.02.06
d) Grade IV Accountant Code: V.04.02.07
Circular No. 16/2024/TT-BTP stipulates standards and conditions for promotion for professional titles of legal support and professional support in the judicial field. This Circular takes effect from February 10, 2025.
The subjects of application of this circular include:
1. Legal support officers working at public service units under the Ministry of Justice and public service units under the Department of Justice register for consideration for promotion to professional title.
2. Professional support officers working at public service units under the Department of Justice register for consideration for promotion to professional title.
3. Agencies, organizations and individuals related to the promotion consideration.
