According to the Hong Linh Town Labor Federation, in 2024, due to the impact of global economic difficulties, conflicts between countries in the world, natural disasters, floods, and epidemics, the production and business activities of enterprises have been greatly affected, affecting the lives and jobs of union members and workers.
However, units, enterprises and trade unions at all levels in Hong Linh town, Ha Tinh province have made efforts and achieved positive results.
With the motto "No one is left behind" and "All union members and workers have Tet", the Hong Linh town's Trade Union at all levels actively mobilized and called for support from Party committees, authorities, higher-level trade unions, organizations, businesses and philanthropists to receive hundreds of gifts to give to union members in difficult circumstances.
At this program, the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation presented 10 gifts to 10 policy households in Hong Linh town, worth 13 million VND; the town Labor Federation presented 1 Trade Union Shelter worth 30 million VND; presented 270 gifts to union members and employees worth 240 million VND, each gift ranging from 600,000 to 1,300,000 VND, from the support of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation, Hong Linh Town Labor Federation and the town's Party Committee and authorities, and units and enterprises.
Also at this program, Investor Magazine awarded 40 scholarships to children of workers who overcame difficulties to study well, worth 20 million VND.
The Town Labor Federation also gave 200 vouchers to union members and workers at the 0-VND Trade Union Tet Market, each voucher worth 150,000 VND with nearly 40 items including OCOP products of the town and essential daily consumer goods for union members and workers to choose from with a total value of 30 million VND.
Son Hai Plaza store awarded 270 voucher cards for electronic and refrigeration products worth 500,000 VND/card; Chau Tinh Passenger Transport Company awarded 01 free bus ride to relatives of workers returning from Hanoi on the evening of the 28th of Tet, worth 10 million VND.
The program also includes accompanying activities such as calligraphy and digital transformation of BIDV bank.
It is known that every year, the Hong Linh Town Labor Federation also organizes visits and provides subsidies to hundreds of union members and workers in difficult circumstances who are sick or have serious illnesses and are affected by job loss with an amount of hundreds of millions of VND.
According to the leader of the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor, the program "Tet Sum Vay - Spring of gratitude to the Party in 2025" is an important and meaningful activity for union members, workers, civil servants and laborers in Hong Linh town, aiming to bring a joyful and warm atmosphere before the new spring of At Ty.
