That result has the mark of the female Trade Union Chairwoman who is always close to union members, proactively dialogues with businesses to care for life, protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
Not only does she well implement regimes and policies, she is also the initiator and directly organizes many meaningful activities such as propagating reproductive health care for female workers, cultural and sports exchange programs, voluntary blood donation, supporting children, caring for union members' children or mobilizing donations to help people affected by natural disasters.
In her professional work, she is also assessed as a dynamic and creative management official. Many initiatives have been recognized by businesses such as the solution of not recruiting to replace 21 resigned workers but still ensuring labor productivity; optimizing the management of raw material and finished product warehouses to maintain the supply chain in the context of natural disasters and market fluctuations. These are solutions that both help businesses save costs and maintain production stability and jobs for workers.
What makes many colleagues admire Ms. Ha is her composure, willingness to listen and always choosing dialogue to resolve differences in work. "I always think that trade union officials must understand what workers need and what difficulties businesses are facing. When both sides share, they will find common ground. That is also a way to build a stable and long-term working environment," Ms. Pham Thi Ha shared.
At the business, Ms. Ha is the person who connects the collective; returning home, she dedicates a lot of enthusiasm to nurturing her family. Her family has been awarded the title of Typical Cultural Family for many consecutive years. Both husband and wife are active union members, always accompanying and sharing in work and life. The two children are obedient and achieve many achievements in their studies and movements.
According to Ms. Ha, the secret to maintaining happiness does not lie in great things but starts from spending time together every day.
No matter how busy we are, my family still tries to have common meals. That is when everyone shares about studying, work, joys or even pressures in life," she said.
In the family, Ms. Ha and her husband agreed to build a reasonable spending plan, prioritize investment in their children's education, and educate their children with their parents' example in labor, behavior and lifelong learning spirit. Ms. Ha's family also maintains an equal lifestyle, respects each other, shares housework, preserves the tradition of respecting superiors and letting go of subordinates, and is filial to grandparents and parents.
