The first stop on the journey is Huynh Thuc Khang Memorial House (Tien Phuoc District) and Security Relic Site Area V (Tra Tan Commune, Bac Tra My District). Here, the working group respectfully offered incense and flowers to commemorate the heroic martyrs who heroically sacrificed for the cause of protecting national security. Quietly in front of historical relics, each member of the group deeply felt the great sacrifice and dedication of generations of ancestors.
The stories and relics displayed at the relic site as vivid footage recreate a period of arduous but extremely glorious struggle of the Security Forces of Area V, contributing to fostering national pride and sense of responsibility for each officer and union member of Hospital 199. This is truly a precious historical lesson, helping today's generation better understand the value of peace and independence.
Following the meaning of the trip, the delegation coordinated with the local authorities of Tra Tan commune to organize a medical examination, health counseling and gift giving to 200 people in difficult circumstances in the area. The image of the medical doctors of the Hospital 199 in the "2 colors" graciously visited, medical examination, blood pressure measurement, dietary advice and medicine allocation have left a deep impression in the hearts of the people here.
Ms. Ho Thi Tia (78 years old), village 1, Tra Tan commune, said: "This is the second time I have been examined and received gifts from doctors and nurses at Hospital 199, Ministry of Public Security. I and many people in difficult circumstances here feel very happy and warm the hearts of the army and people".
In addition, 200 practical gifts, including basic necessities and medicine, were given to each person person personally, contributing to helping to ease some of the difficulties in the lives of people in the highlands. The radiant smile and grateful eyes of the people of Tra Tan are a great source of encouragement, giving strength to the doctors of the People's Public Security.
In the series of journeys on the source, the delegation also offered incense to commemorate the statue of the second mother. With 14 times seeing off people, 12 crying silently when she became a martyr, the second mother was courageous, firmly and became one of the "red addresses", educating patriotism, eternal symbol for the strength of the Vietnamese people.
The journey to the source of the Hospital Trade Union 199 in Quang Nam not only helps the members review the tradition and gratitude to the past but also tighten the solidarity, spread the beautiful human values in the community. This is a testament to the role of trade union organization in taking care of the spiritual life for workers and fulfilling social responsibilities, contributing to building a beautiful image of the People's Police soldier and the physician in the hearts of the people.
