    The Ministry of Health has just issued Circular 56/2025/TT-BYT guiding occupational disease management, effective from February 15, 2026.

    In which, the dossier for occupational disease investigation is based on Article 14.

    Article 14. Records of occupational disease investigation

    1. Minutes of the scene of the labor facility.

    2. Related exhibits and documents.

    3. Records of labor hygiene management, employee health, occupational diseases of the workplace.

    4. Minutes of direct interviews with employees, employers and other subjects related to labor hygiene management, employee health, and occupational diseases of the workplace.

    5. Exam and test results for cases of employees suspected of having occupational diseases (if any).

    6. Record of occupational disease investigation.

    7. Other documents related to the occupational disease investigation process.

    8. Time for storing dossiers for occupational disease investigation according to the provisions of law.
