Article 13. Procedures for investigation, making records and announcing the Occupational Disease Investigation Record
1. Investigation and record-making procedures:
a) Consider the scene of the labor facility;
b) Collecting exhibits and documents related to occupational diseases (taking samples of harmful factors at workplaces for analysis and identification as a basis for determining disease-causing factors);
c) Review the records of labor hygiene management, employee health, occupational diseases of the workplace;
d) Directly interview employees, employers and other subjects related to the management of labor hygiene, employee health, and occupational diseases of the workplace;
e) Organize necessary examinations and tests for cases of workers suspected of having occupational diseases (if necessary);
e) Other contents appointed by the Head of the occupational disease investigation team in necessary cases;
g) Make a record of occupational disease investigation according to the form specified in Appendix IX attached to this Circular.
2. Announcing the Investigation Minutes:
The occupational disease investigation team held a meeting immediately after completing the investigation to announce the minutes of the occupational disease investigation at the investigated facility.
